Maisemore Gardens is a residential estate located at the western extremity of the built-up area along Emsworth's shoreline.  Recently the residents have installed a webcam shoeing the view over the harbour. The view is to the South southeast from Maisemore Gardens  Thorney Island and Emsworth Channel on the left and part of Hayling Island on the right.
