Havant Civic Society has been informed by Cash Access UK that they have signed a Leasehold Property Agreement (LPA) with Havant Borough Council for the temporary home for Havant’s Banking Hub. The hub will will open mid/late July 2026 at 39 Market Parade.

The location is the currently shuttered unit between ‘Lily Nails‘ and the ‘American Restaurant‘ in the Market Parade station approach, almost opposite the Post Office.

The temporary banking hub is expected to remain open for about a year, before a permanent Banking Hub opens later in 2027. With regards to the permanent home for the Banking Hub, the Cash Access UK team has identified a preferred property and are in negotiations with the Landlord.
