Coach House in Westbourne
The Coach House is a
1 bedroom self catering cottage in the grounds of
Drounces, a Grade II listed house in the heart of
Westbourne. It is conveniently located for Emsworth
harbour, Portsmouth, Chichester, Goodwood, Hayling
Island (HISC) and the beautiful beaches of West
Wittering.
The Coach House
sleeps 2 - 4 people and comprises of a large open
plan kitchen/diner/TV Room with double futon sofa
bed, first floor double bedroom with king size bed

Dolphin

Dating from the early
19th century, Dolphin House was originally a hotel
and Queen Victoria is rumoured to have stayed here
during her visit to the town in 1849 - hence the
renaming of the road from Dolphin Hill to Queen
Street in her honour.
A short spell as a
'house of ill repute' adds to the building's
colourful history and now Dolphin House is divided
