A freehold property, with planning permission to convert the site into a residential dwelling, is up for auction.
Fiscal House, in Havant Road, is going under the hammer with
a guide price of £500,000. The auction will take place on
November 1 with
Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.
Michael Marchant, a senior auction appraiser, said: “Located
close to the centre of Emsworth, a former light
commercial/office site has consent for conversion of the
main building to form a residential dwelling, whilst consent
is pending for the conversion of the other two outbuildings.
“The existing three buildings on site would
remain, with the main office building Fiscal House being
converted to form a three-bedroom house with private garden
and off-road parking.
“The remaining office
building that runs parallel to Warblington Lane is also to
be converted to form an additional three-bedroom house with
private garden and parking.”
The purchase of
this development site would be ideal for a buyer on the hunt
for a project. There is also potential for the remaining
garage/ store, which backs onto the adjacent church, to be
converted into a two bedroom home. The
planning permission for this is pending.
