Emsworth CLT is supporting the campaign by the Residents Forum for Emsworth to have a Town Council.  Emsworth is on the brink of major change.  Under proposals to create a new authority covering Portsmouth, Fareham, Gosport and Havant, our town would have a very small voice within a body of around 500,000 people.
